The following agendas were discussed: On land issue, the members informed that 44 plot of land was donated to government for any development activities but as per the discussion most of the lands are occupied by some individuals.
Most of the members were of the opinion that since Longmatra Headquarters was donated by all the areas, the areas demanded that all permits should be cancelled. After thorough deliberation it was decided that EAC Longmatra along with DBs will verify all the government land.

GB Tsongphong also suggested that if the Area GB VCC writes to all factions that from now on no tax will be paid or collected under Longmatra jurisdiction. The members therefore decided that the GBs union along with LASU will write to all factions and also meet the leaders of the faction by next month.

It is felt that due to non-payment from the government the contractor is finding difficult in completion of the said building. However EAC Longmatra decided to take up matter to the concerned department for necessary action.
Kiphire District Vice President BJP also apprised about the condition of GMS Sangphure which is at the verge of collapsing. Hence, it was decided that EAC (HQ) will write to District Planning Officer (DPO) to forward the same to concern department for necessary approval.
The proposal was made by VCC Tsongphong. In this matter EAC was requested to trace out the application submitted by three villages. As application for Azetso was only forwarder to government.
VCC Thetheyo also requested the supply of BPL should reach the villagers at least three to four times in a year. Proposal for PHC was also discussed as the present sub-center could not extend possible help to areas especially during the outbreak of Malaria and other diseases.
