The Lotha Hoho (LH) has condemned the unfortunate violence where its members assaulted in Wokha town on February 22 and 23 respectively.
In a condemnation, issued by LH chairman, Er. Mhondamo Ovung and general secretary, S. Abenthung Ngullie stated that LH executive member, Nrithung Humtsoe was assaulted at his private residence and vandalised his house in Wokha town on February 22.
It also condemned the similar episode at the private residence of treasurer of Lotha Hoho Building Committee, Y. Bankathung Lotha, also at his at Longsa village on February 23.
The Lotha Hoho appealed to all concerned to maintain peace and tranquillity so as to enable peaceful, free and fair voting.
