Lotha Officers Association Wokha unit officially formed

DIMAPUR

The Lotha Officers Association (LOA), Wokha Unit, was officially established on August 24, 2025, during a formal gathering held at Hammock Resort, Wokha on August 14. According to a DIPR report, the event was attended by officers from various government departments, marking a significant step toward fostering collaboration and community service among Lotha officers in the district.
The newly elected office bearers of the LOA Wokha Unit include: President: Er. S. Benrio Kithan; Vice President: C. James Ezung; Secretary: Dr. Renthungo Patton; Treasurer: Ekoni Humtsoe; Information & Publicity Secretary: Lolano Patton; Cultural Secretary: Zuthungo Yanthan.
In addition, 13 executive members representing different departments were also elected to support the association’s activities.
The programme commenced with an invocation by Dr. Janbemo Humtsoe, who also presided over the meeting. The meeting concluded with a mass prayer and a dinner hosted by Project Director, DRDA Wokha, Thungbemo Patton.
