LTM urges for timely completion of NH-2 works

Langpangkong Tzükong Mungdang (LTM) has urged the contractor to complete ongoing NH-02 construction work on time and ensure that daily commuters on NH-2 did not suffer because of insensitive and random construction works.

In a press release, LTM road construction committee convenor and secretary also reiterated that no individual or group(s) would be allowed to disturb and disrupt the present road construction works on NH-2 under Langpangkong jurisdiction.

LTM stated that land owners under Langpangkong range did not take land compensation from government of India. Therefore, LTM said it would never allow any group and organization to collect any form of taxes from contractor (s).

Langpangkong range union road coordination and monitoring committee voluntarily oversees the works regularly in ensuring quality work according to approved specifications. “This is how the Langpangkong range contributes for qualitative infrastructure development in the state,” LTM stated.

Further, in order to complete the work without any further delay, the Langpangkong range authority reiterated the stand to ensure tax-free and quality work without any compromise and interruptions.
