LYH appeals for better network service in Wokha

Lotha Youth Hoho (LYH) Wokha has appealed to all network service providers of Wokha district to resolve the erratic network services within 7 (seven) days with effect and “after which the concerned telecom company will hold any untoward incident whatsoever at any cost if no positive intervention is initiated.”

A press release by LYH media cell stated that, people are relying on mobile and internet facilities to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the erratic network services is putting lives to a standstill. LYH views this irresponsibility very seriously and reminded that paid services need equal reciprocity of value services. LYH also stated that concerned authorities have been given representation for improvement of network services but, things have deteriorated without any improvement.  

While acknowledging the tireless effort of service providers towards quality services to the consumers of the district, the LYH also pointed out that the entire district has been faced with unpredictable network and exhibition of poor workmanship for the past few months.
