A marketing shed under RKVY 2016-17 was inaugurated at Tseminyu town on April 13 by DAO & PD (ATMA) Kohima, Vizonyü Liezie. A press release by SDAO Tseminyu, Viwheto Thorie stated that Liezie in his inaugural speech, highlighted some programs and the importance of the Agriculture department developing infrastructure in rural areas. He encouraged the farmers to cultivate larger areas with a single crop for commercial purposes and advised the farmers to use the shed judiciously. The program was chaired by Viwheto Thorie, blessing was invoked by Rev. Shukhi Mesen, Pastor Bethel Baptist Church Tseminyu town, a brief report on construction of the marketing shed was presented by Gwanyelo, AO, a special number was presented by Senkeya Apon, AFA and the vote of thanks was proposed by Teshenpfu, AI.
