A coordination meeting of all the Heads of Offices (HoOs) under the Medziphema Sub-Division was held Wednesday at the conference hall of ADC Medziphema office, wherein HoOs were asked to discharge their duties sincerely and diligently.
According to a DIPR report, addressing the meeting, ADC James Swu reminded all the HoOs posted in Medziphema to discharge their duties sincerely and diligently.
Swu also inquired about the status of PHED, R&B, and Social Welfare departments, their roles, and their mission in the development of Medziphema Subdivision.
The house deliberated at length and planned programs for the upcoming Independence Day celebration. ADC also informed all the members that a mass social work would be conducted and requested everyone to participate in the social work.
