A review meeting on externally aided projects in forestry and conservation sector was convened by C. M. Chang, minister of Environment and Forest and Climate Change and Parliamentary Affairs at Nagaland House, New Delhi on November 27.
According to PCCF (Wildlife) & chief wildlife warden, Dimapur, Satya Prakash Tripathi, the minister reviewed the progress of the project particularly KfW project which is under consideration by government of India.
Chang expressed hope that the project proposal of Nagaland may be expeditiously processed and approved. The meeting was attended by Sangeeta Agarwal, senior sector specialist, Natural Resource Management, KfW office, New Delhi; Prabl Vikram Singh, country manager; Harshita Singh from Oxford Policy Management, UK; Satya Prakash Tripathi, PCCF & chief wildlife warden and Dharmendra Prakash, additional PCCF & CEO Nagaland Forest Management Project.
