Mental health awareness held in Kohima

DIMAPUR: A Mental Health Awareness camp was held at Christ King School Kohima, organised by Carl Roger’s Institute of Mental Health and Research Centre.
A press release by the centre informed that the “Mental Health Awareness and Stress Management” seminar was organized to underscore vital importance of psychological well-being among students.
The interactive session provided comprehensive psycho-education on various aspects of mental health, detailing risks and consequences associated with poor emotional well-being.
The primary focus of the event was equipping students with tools to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy stress, identify personal warning signs, and implement effective, practical coping strategies in their daily lives.
