DIMAPUR, AUG 30 (NPN): Meyabi Arho Niphi has been conferred the National Anubhav Award 2026 by the Government of India in recognition of more than three decades of distinguished service to Oil India Limited.
Niphi, who served as chief general manager (HR-Learning), received the award from Dr Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi, on August 17. His professional career was marked by leadership in human resource management, industrial relations, institutional capacity building and people-centric governance.
According to the information, Niphi is the first person from Oil India Limited, under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, to receive the National Anubhav Award.
The award is conferred on 15 selected retired personnel from ministries, departments and organisations across the country following a rigorous selection process.
