MGM holds ABPMJAY enrollment drive

DIMAPUR: MGM College conducted the 100 Days Ayushman Bharat Drive under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM JAY) and Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) on June 20.
Organised by Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), Department of Health & Family Welfare, in collaboration with District Administration, Dimapur, and Department of School Education, the enrollment camp was held at the college auditorium with the objective of issuing health cards to students, faculty and staff, thereby ensuring greater accessibility to healthcare services and financial protection during medical emergencies.
The session was supervised by District Programme Coordinators, Moameren and Yanger, along with MGM College Nodal Officer, Temjen Longkumer. Officials guided beneficiaries through the enrollment process and provided necessary support. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, with a significant number successfully enrolled under the schemes. The initiative reflects the college’s commitment to promoting health awareness and ensuring access to essential healthcare benefits for its academic community.
