MIB officials call on Governor

DIMAPUR:

Officials of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India, North East Zone, called on Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav at Lok Bhawan, Kohima, on Saturday.
The delegation was led by Kripa Shankar Yadav, Additional Director General, Press Information Bureau (PIB), North East Zone, who briefed the Governor on the functioning and activities of the Ministry in Nagaland.
He highlighted the Ministry’s initiatives and its coordination with local media in disseminating information on various programmes and schemes of the Government of India.
The meeting was attended by Asonuo, Assistant Director (News), Akashvani Kohima; P. Sophie, Head of Office, PIB & Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Kohima; Andrew Lalchhandama, Media & Communication Officer, PIB Kohima; along with other officials and media representatives from Kohima.
