Mmhonlumo resigns from BJP

DIMAPUR, AUG 7 (NPN)

Former legislator of 40 Bhandari Assembly Constituency and BJP national spokesperson, Mmhonlumo Kikon has formally resigned from the primary and active membership of the BJP.
In a resignation letter to the State BJP president, Mmhonlumo said he has taken the decision after careful and deep introspection.
Kikon said his decision was guided by the need to explore new avenues of public engagement and policy work which would allow him to continue contributing to society in different ways.
