Medical Mobile Unit team (MMU) Phek, conducted an outreach programme and provided health services on June 28 at K. Khuno village.
A press release by chief medical officer (CMO) Phek office stated that the outreach programme was carried out by GNM, Keviholi and laboratory technician, Zasetsolu, who conducted ante-natal check-up on six pregnant women and also gave “health talks” on ANC, maternal health and child health.
The release informed that screening of fever cases, RDT for malaria and diabetes, blood pressure check for the age group of 60 years and above was also conducted. The release also informed that importance of social distancing, wearing mask and hand washing were also highlighted.
