Mobile services disrupted

Mobile services of BSNL, Dimapur were abruptly disrupted Sunday afternoon and though service was restored by late evening, users still had difficulty in two-way communication.
According to sources, the BSNL still needs to upgraded its standard of operations and services from billing related problems to other technical problems etc.
Speaking to this reporter, a post-paid subscriber said, “there’s nothing like using BSNL (Cellone), but most of the time making a call to other mobiles frustrates me since I have to try for at least five to six times”. There have also been instances when BSNL services get disrupted during heavy rains.
