Modern College Kohima has been accredited Grade B by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the certificate was formally presented the certificate to principal, Dr. H.P. Singh and dean of Modern College, Kohima, Kaikho Losü. Modern College Kohima initiated its first NAAC as per UGC norms on November 2015.
Based on the recent visit of peer team, meetings and selection with various sections of the college and interested groups, the peer team has made a comprehensive assessment of the college and accredited Grade B.
