The newly constructed General Administration (GA) Rest House, Mokokchung, was inaugurated, Friday, by Advisor, CAWD and Taxes, Kudecho Khamo after it was dedicated by MTBA associate pastor, Rev. P Chuba Jamir, in the presence of advisors, Tenjenmenba and Imkongmar, along with the district administration and CAWD departmental officers.
In his inaugural speech, Kudecho Khamo, lauded the officials of CAWD and the contractor for the successful completion of the rest house and described it as one of the best rest house in the state.
Khamo expressed the hope that the rest house would cater to the people in need, as emphasized by the CAWD officials, not of Mokokchung but the adjoining districts, as well.
Earlier, short speeches were delivered by advisor of Transport and Technical Education, Tenjenmenba, advisor of Minorities Affairs and Sericulture, Imkongmar and Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Shashant Pratap Singh,.
The technical report was delivered by Executive Engineer (CAWD) Er. Sungtiba Amer and the function was chaired by EAC, Abinuo Jasmine Ashao.
