Mokokchung police nabs one with arms and ammunition

Mokokchung Police on April 2, around 9:50 pm apprehended one person from Chungtia village, for possession of illegal arms and ammunition.
According to Addl SP & PRO, Mokokchung, the accused, namely Imtinungchet (23 years) S/o Lt.Tiameren of Chungtia was arrested for illegal possession one country made .22 pistol along with magazine and three live round of .22 ammunition, one unregistered motor bike (Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC), and one mobile phone from the apprehended person.
In this connection a regular case has been registered under Arms act for further investigation.
