Mon DPDB discusses development

The Mon District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) held its monthly meeting at the DC’s Conference Hall under the chairmanship of Mankhao Konyak, MLA.
According to DIPR report, DC and DPDB vice chairman Wennyei Konyak welcomed members and introduced new officials, including DPRO Meyisusu Jamir, college principals Dr. Tialila and Dr. Achumi Ezung, and DAO Temsu Toshi. Key discussions included registration of Entrepreneur Association Mon, proposal for new Mon HQ road to Loipuho under PMGSY, and support for Mon District Football Association ahead of the Dr. T. Ao Trophy. Officer Club Mon presented its activities and tournament report, while the Agriculture Department showcased its district initiatives through a PowerPoint presentation.
