Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Dr. L. Murugan held a brief departmental business meeting with departments of IPR and Soil Water Conservation, AH & VS and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources at Dzukou House, Raj Bhavan, Kohima on April 22.
A report by PRO Raj Bhavan said that the meeting was attended by advisors and Commissioner and secretaries, and directors of the three departments.
Advisors -IPR and Soil Water Conservation Imkong Imchen, AH & VS Kazheto Kinimi and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, A. Pangjung Jamir, apprised on their respective departmental activities at the meeting.
The department’s officials appraised the departmental business to the union minister. Commissioners and secretary, V. Maria Yanthan, Vikeyie Kenya and Sotsula and director IPR Dzuvinuo Thenuo, director AH & VS, Dr. Nzanthung Ezung and director F & AR, Rongsenungba also attended the meeting.
Earlier, the union minister was received by advisor of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Kazheto Kinimi and other officers on his arrival at Lerie Helipad Kohima after visiting Phek district.
