Missional Theological College (MTC) Nuiland observed its 5th freshers’ Day on July 30, at its college campus with CNTC president Hokiye Yepthomi as chief guest.
Speaking at the programme, chief guest in his speech stressed the need for being called by God ministry and not for seeking job opportunity.
He exhorted the institution to produce “spiritual quality leaders”. Lamenting on the failure of Naga churches in sending out the promised ten thousand missionaries, he encouraged the gathering to built God kingdom and not denominational kingdom.
Earlier the programme was chaired by Missional Theological College lecturer Hopito Kiba, invocation prayer was pronounced by Nikhekhu Baptist Church youth pastor Ayeto, welcome address was delivered by MTC, president Reverend Dr. Yekishe Aomi nd later vote of thanks was pronounced by MTC principal Vihokhu K. Zhimo and benediction was pronounced by Khehokhu Baptist Church, pastor Hokhevi Sema.
