Merangkongtsur Telongjem Dimapur (MTD) will be organizing advance Christmas carol procession to commemorate 150 years of advent of Christianity in Nagaland on December 23.
The procession will begin from Old NST flyover to Plaza police point and back to the starting point with special feature from Merangkong Marching Band, Dimapur. In this regard, MTD has appealed to all Dimapurians to participate in the advance Christmas carol procession. In a separate press release, Dimapur Ao Youth Organisation (DAYO) has also appealed to all members of the Ao community in particular, all Naga and non -Naga communities in general to participate in the solemn event.
