MTLT urges quality works

Mokokchung Town Lanur Telongjem (MTLT) has drawn the attention of the concerned authority involving in the construction of the National Highway 61 in Mokokchung to provide quality work while claiming that the current workmanship was beyond satisfaction.
MTLT president, Imkummeren Jamir, informed that its members inspected the said construction work on February 4 and 5 and found the quality not satisfactory. It said potholes have started appearing within few days of construction.
MTLT, on behalf of the Mokokchung town citizens, has cautioned the concerned authority not to compromise on quality control and urged the concerned to give attention to quality assurance in all aspects of the project.
It further informed that unsatisfactory outcome would prompt future intervention through various means deemed effective.
