Nagaland Association for Adventure Mountaineering & Education (NAAME) observed its 17th foundation day at Japfü Eco-Camp, Below Pony Farm, Kigwema on October 3.
A press release from secretary NAAME Pukil Kintso, informed that at the programme, president NAAME Ruokuovikho Chale complimented all the members for united efforts towards 17 years successful journey of the Association.
He said that the scope and potentials for eco- tourism, adventure, sports climbing remained untapped for long in the state despite of efforts from the government to village level.
In this regard, he stressed on the need for intervention of extraordinary thinking and by engaging the right people. Chale, further assured that NAAME would continue to work for environment friendly atmosphere under “Green Initiative.”
