Renowned Naga musicians Imna Yaden and Tiaren Lusang made a heartfelt visit to the Deaf Biblical Ministry (DBM) in Dimapur on June 14, bringing with them a message of joy, hope, and encouragement through music and generosity.
The artists spent the day interacting with students and faculty at the institute, which serves as a nurturing center for the spiritual and educational development of the hearing-impaired community. Their visit was marked by uplifting moments, including the presentation of soul-stirring songs, engaging personal interactions, and the distribution of thoughtful gifts to the students.
“It was a privilege to be among such bright and resilient young people,” said Imna Yaden. Tiaren Lusang added, “Music is a universal language, and today we witnessed how it transcends barriers to touch hearts.”
The event highlighted the power of community, compassion, and faith. Leaders of DBM expressed deep gratitude for the visit, calling it a memorable and encouraging experience for the students. The visit reinforced the importance of inclusivity and the role of the arts in uplifting marginalized communities.
The Deaf Biblical Minister continues its mission to empower hearing-impaired individuals with education rooted in Christian values, while fostering inclusion and personal growth. Visits such as this one strengthen connections between the artistic community and those the institute serves.
