DIMAPUR: In exercise of powers under Article 6, Clause 4, the Naga Hoho has summoned its third Federal Assembly for the tenure 2024–2028 on July 31, 2026 at 11a.m. at Senapati District Headquarters, Manipur.
According to NH, the United Naga Council (UNC), vide its letter dated March 9, 2026, has requested to host the assembly and will bear necessary logistical arrangements including accommodation and food.
All Federating Units and Subordinate Bodies have been informed to attend the assembly through their President and Secretary, along with a maximum of three additional members or authorised representatives. In accordance with Article 7, Clause (b) of the Constitution, each unit may be represented by up to five members.
Units and subordinate bodies have been requested to submit important and relevant agenda items to the undersigned prior to commencement of the meeting.
