The Naga National Council (NNC) Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) Akavi Chishi Tatar Hoho has terminated Kughato Assumi (MK Naga) from the post of vice president (Kedalho) with effect from March 10, 2026. According to a statement issued by deputy kilonser Tatar Hoho Lovito Yeptho, the decision was taken after careful consideration following allegations of misconduct against the government. NNC FGN has acknowledged and appreciated the contributions made by Assumi during his tenure.
