Naga Students’ Forum Mangalore (NSFM) organised its 9th fresher’s meet on August 14 at Summer Sands Resort, Ullal, Mangalore. Welcome address was given by Mayikho Kadete, followed by presidential address by Chiheuding Khate and speech on behalf of freshers was given by Uneinuo Solo. Principal K. Pandyarajah Ballal College of Nursing and the advisor to Naga Student Forum Mangalore and North East People Association of Mangalore, Kaini Cecilia gave the exhortation.
Around 60 students, freshers and old timers gathered for the occasion. Vizhoto Tetso and Judith Kuotsu was adjusted as Mr and Miss Freshers of NSFM, 2016.
Varieties of activities were held and cash prize were given to the winners, The first place for pork eating competition was bagged by Savio Kikhi, second place by Y. R Kapangsing. In biscuit eating competition Rebecca and Koulnu bagged the first place and Margaret and Judith bagged the second place. Naga wrestling was also held and Savio Kikhi and Kevin Thol won the first and second place respectively.
