Amid sweltering heat, residents of Naga United Village in the 4th Mile area, Chümoukedima district expressed disappointment on Monday as power supply remained unrestored 24 hours after it was disrupted on Sunday evening.
According to the locals, complaints were lodged with the relevant authorities, but no action has been taken so far to resolve the issue.
Several students in the area voiced their frustration, citing difficulties in preparing for their studies amid the prolonged power outage. They urged higher authorities to intervene and ensure that the problem is addressed swiftly.
