The 13th Dimapur Night Carnival officially opened its five-day run on Saturday, marking a key extension of the ongoing Hornbill Festival activities.
The annual event, stretching from Clock Tower to Police Point (Holy Cross School Juntion), is jointly organized by the Dimapur Municipal Council, Dimapur Administration, and Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industries (DCCI), with crucial support from the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland.

He stressed the need for stall owners to maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, particularly for food, to ensure a high-quality experience for visitors.
