The second day of the ongoing 15th Lotha Football Championship saw spirited group-stage clashes as ten teams, divided into two groups, continued their bid to secure places in the knockout rounds.
The day’s opener between Flamingo FC and Old Changsu FC ended in a 2–2 draw. Old Changsu struck first in the 12th minute and regained the lead in the 54th minute through Lavanthung. Flamingo FC responded with determination, equalizing in the 28th minute via Nitova before Renthungo’s 45th-minute strike ensured the teams shared the spoils.
In the second match, Tsumang FC registered a commanding 3–0 victory over Star Madrid FC. Mhademo opened the scoring in the 10th minute, Ephyothung doubled the lead in the 31st minute and Sulanthung sealed the win with a goal in the 58th minute.
The final match of the day between Yon Sporting Club and Friends Club ended in a 1–1 stalemate. Friends Club benefitted from an early own goal in the 7th minute, but Yongsen Ao equalized in the 41st minute to secure a point for Yon Sporting Club.
