Nagaland: Abiogenesis releases new single: ‘Let’s spend our lives together’

Indian Naga folk fusion band Abiogenesis from Dimapur has released its latest single, “Let’s spend our lives together”, which is now available worldwide in all major platforms from January 16. The song is distributed through Muzartdisco, an innovative platform launched by Radio City and Beatchain, aimed at transforming the independent music ecosystem.
“Let’s Spend Our Lives Together” is a deeply personal composition written by Arenla and Moa Subong during their courting teenage years. While life took them on many journeys — musical, personal, and professional — the song somehow remained unrecorded and unreleased for decades.
They decided to hit the studio and the song was finally recorded in November 2025, and now, after years of waiting, it is ready to meet the world.
True to its origins, the band made a conscious decision not to alter a single word of the lyrics, preserving the innocence, honesty, and simplicity that defined their teenage years. The original melody was also left intact, marking a rare and intentional departure from Abiogenesis’ signature Howeymusic genre.
Musically rich and emotionally grounded, “Let’s Spend Our Lives Together” blends heartfelt lyrics, melodic bamhum & guitar work, and a powerful arrangement. The Official Music video is scheduled to be released soon on Youtube.
