Assisi Centre for Integrated development (ACID) in collaboration with National Domestic Workers Movement (NDWM) Nagaland region commemorated International Migrants Day on December 18, with the theme, ‘One city many journey – honouring migrants and shaping a shared Future.’
The speaker, advocate Priya Shyam enlightened participants on the theme and emphasised challenges faced by migrants in unfamiliar cities. She also stressed the importance of safe migration. Assisi Centre for Integrated development UFS director, Sr Jobina, highlighted the significance of the day. Around 130 participants attended the programme.
