Nagaland: ADC Peren issues travel advisory

In view of bituminous surfacing work from Kipeujang to Peren Headquarters, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Peren, D. Robin, NCS has issued a travel advisory informing that the stretch of road from Peren Namdi to Peren headquarter via Peren Government College shall remain closed to all the vehicular traffic from February 11 to February 17, 2026. According to DIPR report, the ADC advised all vehicles to use the alternative route from Old Chalkot junction to Peren headquarter via New Peren Village during the aforesaid period. The ADC further stated that travel advisory is issued in the interest of the public convenience and for strict compliance.
