Citing information received from the higher education department, All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has informed that the disbursement of Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) ST phase-II for the year 2024-2025 would commence on or before November 12, 2025.
ANCSU through its media cell has, therefore, informed all the affiliated colleges to ANCSU to abstain from any protest and agitation, but uphold the union assembly resolution 2017 with sincerity and seriousness.
The union has reaffirmed to hold any democratic protest if the department failed to disburse the scholarship within the stipulated time. Further, ANCSU cautioned that all the departments and authorities responsible for scholarships requisite procedure and drawal authority, neglecting the matter because of pen down strike would be held accountable after due date.
