The Business Association of Nagas (BAN) hosted a constructive interaction with the Bangladesh assistant high commissioner, Guwahati Zikrul Hasan Fahad and his delegation on Monday, aiming to foster cooperation and explore avenues for mutual growth between the Naga business community and Bangladesh.
BAN formally welcomed the assistant HC and his team, appreciating their interest in strengthening bilateral engagement. Discussions focused on trade, entrepreneurship, export–import collaboration, and cultural exchange.
Both sides shared perspectives on enhancing market linkages, promoting region-specific products, and supporting business initiatives to boost economic development.
The High Commissioner’s team expressed keen interest in Nagaland’s entrepreneurial potential, acknowledging BAN’s ongoing efforts to uplift local businesses and expand their global reach.
