Nagaland: CDCA inter-school cricket tournament and U-19 trials

The Chumoukedima District Cricket Association (CDCA) has announced that it will conduct an inter-school cricket tournament on February 17, 2026, at Chumoukedima Village Ground, followed by Under-19 trials on February 20, at the same venue.
According to CDCA, schools and players wishing to participate are requested to intimate their interest to the Joint Secretary CDCA, at contact number 8837419167.
Eligibility criteria specify that players born after September 1, 2010, will qualify for the Under-16 inter-school tournament, while those born after September 1, 2007, will be eligible for the Under-19 trials. Participants are required to bring their birth certificate and Aadhaar card for verification.
Chumoukedima District Cricket Association further informed that schools unable to field teams for the tournament due to examinations or limited player strength may still send their students for the U-16 boys’ trials scheduled on February 20 at 9 AM at the same venue.
