Nagaland Centre sanctions PMS-ST for 2024-25

State higher education department has informed the beneficiaries of the Post Matric Scholarship of ST students that the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has sanctioned the Scholarship for the AY 2024-25 on October 28, 2025.
In a press release, ex-officio director V. Lovitoly Sema stated that the department was working diligently to expedite the process for timely disbursement.
However, the département stated that the processing of scholarship was delayed in view of the ongoing agitation by the Joint Co-ordination Committee (JCC) on IAS induction.
Department hoped that the process would be completed at the earliest.
Appreciating the patience of all the students affected, the department assured that every effort was being made to expedite the matter. The department said it would start the disbursement of scholarship as and when the Drawal Authority was received.
