Nagaland Chess Association resumes membership fee collection

The Nagaland Chess Association (NCA) has announced the resumption of its annual membership fee collection for the financial year 2026-27. As per the provisions of Article 15 (Clauses 1 & 2), Article 17(a), and Article 18 of the NCA Constitution, members are required to remit a fee of Rs. 300 to renew their membership.
The collection period begins this month and will remain valid until March 31, 2027. The initiative aims to update the Association’s yearly membership records and maintain accurate data of its members.
Membership is open to all residents of Nagaland. Interested individuals are requested to deposit the prescribed fee into the Association’s account with the State Bank of India (Account No. 38071290604, IFSC Code: SBIN0000214, Account Name: Nagaland Chess Association).
Following payment, members must send a screenshot of the transaction to joint secretary of NCA, Mengise Haikam at 70054 58265 for confirmation and enrolment.
The Association noted that the step was necessitated due to incomplete member data in recent years and appealed to chess players, supporters and well-wishers to cooperate in renewing their membership.
