Nagaland: Coaching centres directed to register

DIMAPUR

DC Kohima, B. Henok Buchem, has directed all coaching centres operating within Kohima district to mandatorily apply for registration on or before February 10, 2026. The directive follows the constitution of the District Level Committee for Registration and Regulation of Coaching Centres in pursuance of a Government Notification.
According to the guidelines, any establishment or coaching centre providing tuition, instruction or guidance to more than 20 students for study programmes, competitive examinations or academic support must apply for registration. In cases where coaching centres operate multiple branches, each branch will be treated as a separate entity, requiring individual applications.
