Nagaland COVID-19 tally surged to 12066 after three new cases were reported– 2 in Dimapur and 1 in Mokokchung.
Further, the distribution across various categories include 4665 cases from the armed forces/police, 1856 returnees, 4973 traced contacts and 572 frontline workers.
PTI adds: India reported the lowest number of daily COVID infections in over seven months with 10,064 new cases, which took the caseload to 1,05,81,837, while the death toll increased to 1,52,556 after 137 fatalities were recorded.
