Nagaland: CP Dimapur informs candidates regarding document verification

Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, has informed all candidates provisionally accepted for the Physical/Medical Standards Test scheduled from January 7 to 13, 2026, to compulsorily produce self-attested photocopies of mandatory documents for verification at NAPTC, Police Complex, Chümoukedima.
According to the schedule, document verification will be conducted as follows:
January 5, 2026 (8 a.m. onwards): All female applicants regardless of tribe, and all male applicants belonging to Sumi, Pochury, Tikhir, Rengma, Zeliang, Khiamniungam, Phom and Chang tribes.
January 6, 2026 (8 a.m. onwards): All male applicants belonging to Ao, Lotha, Angami, Sangtam, Chakhesang, Yimkhiung and Konyak tribes.
Mandatory documents to be produced: Proof of educational qualification (Class-6 passed certificate or higher for backward tribes; Class-8 passed certificate or higher for other tribes).
Proof of identity (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving Licence); Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Nagaland; Scheduled Tribe and Backward Tribe certificates duly signed by District Authority not below the rank of ADC and Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate/Matriculation Admit Card).
Applicants who could not upload the Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, Scheduled Tribe Certificate or Backward Tribe Certificate in the recruitment portal have been asked to produce both original and photocopies during verification.
