The 79th general conference of the Chakhesang Students Union (CSU) will be held from February 3–5, 2026, at the local ground, Zuketsa, under the theme “Nurturing identity through knowledge and culture.” Hosted by Zuketsa Students Union (ZSU), the conference will be graced by Neiba Kronu, former minister, as the introductory guest; T.R. Zeliang, deputy chief minister as the inaugural guest; Kudecho Khamo, advisor for CAWD and Taxes, as the guest of honour; L. Dikho, MLA, 48th Mao Assembly Constituency, as the cultural guest; and Zhothisa Dawhuo, secretary, Women Resources Development, as the valedictory guest. Meanwhile, Dr. Neisatuo Mero, MLA, 16th Pfutsero Assembly Constituency (AC) will be the special guest of the 67th Zuketsa Students Union (ZSU).
