Expressing concern over the deplorable condition of Kohima-Jessami road, specifically the Chakhabama-Kikruma stretch under Package-II, the Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) has served an ultimatum the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) to clear road blockages, fill potholes and provide drainage within 48 hours.
CSU through its president Pfhulo Sara and general secretary Kuzoto Swuro cautioned that failure to address the demands, the union would take its own measures and NHIDCL would be fully responsible for consequences.
