Chang Union Dimapur (CUD) has convened annual general meeting on November 22, 2025 at 10 am at the Treasurer at Padumpukhuri. Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang will grace the meeting as special guest. The union has urged all bonafide members of the Chang Community within Dimapur to ensure their active participation.
