The 13th edition of the Nagaland Inter-District Veteran Football Tournament, hosted by Niuland District Veteran Football Association, will be held from February 10 to 14, 2025.
In preparation for the tournament, Dimapur District Veteran Football Association (DDVFA) convened a preparatory meeting at DDSC Stadium, Dimapur, on Monday.
According to DDVFA president, Shiyito Achumi, the meeting deliberated on various aspects of the upcoming tournament, including team preparedness, logistics, and strategies to ensure effective participation. He encouraged the players to give their best performance, stressing that veteran football was not only about competition but also about fostering camaraderie, discipline, and promoting healthy lifestyles among senior players.
The DDVFA team will be led by Apang as manager and Sanjit as coach.
