Two books titled “The Unshaken Bond, Silent Battles of Discord” and “The Wings of Silence”written by Z. Libenthung Murry were launched by advisor to chief minister, Dr. Chumben Murry, and dedicated by associate pastor of Wokha Village Baptist Church, Nongothung Kikon, at C Khel, Wokha Village.
Author Z. Libenthung Murry shared that he had never initially planned to publish books but used to write articles for magazines.
Inspired by his parents’ 50th marriage anniversary and their enduring love, he decided to dedicate a book to them, which became “The Wings of Silence.”
His second work, “The Unshaken Bond: Silent Battles of Discord,” is a fiction novel exploring themes of forgiveness, redemption, love, hope, and human judgment. Published by Kavya Publications, Murry expressed his excitement about his new releases, adding that both books contain hidden meanings and existential reflections, and encouraged readers to read and review them.
Advisor to chief minister, Dr. Chumben Murry, lauded the author’s effort, noting that writers have become fewer in number today, with most coming from academic or theological backgrounds.
He emphasized that writing requires wisdom, time, and dedication, and urged the gathering to cultivate both reading and writing habits. He added that even daily newspaper reading broadens one’s perspective and enhances wisdom. Dr. Murry also praised the book covers, saying they looked appealing and expressed his eagerness to read them.
The book will be available for purchase on Amazon and Flipkart, as well as at various bookstores in Wokha.
