Nagaland Dr. Rio invites ex-CMs to Hornbill Fest

DIMAPUR, NOV 29 (NPN)

State chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio, has conveyed his greetings to the former chief ministers, Dr. S.C. Jamir, K.L. Chishi and Dr. Shurhozelie, on the occasion of Statehood Day.
The chief minister also invited them for the inaugural programme of the 26th Edition of Hornbill Festival to be held in Naga Heritage Village, Kisama, at 4pm on December 1, 2025. The invitation letter stated that the Hornbill Festival would be celebrated along with six countries as Partner Countries, namely France, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Malta and Ireland, and Arunachal Pradesh as Partner State.
A reserved seat in the VVIP delegate area has been assigned and invited the former chief ministers to participate and witness the historic celebration, the letter stated.
