A training on Drugs and Vaccine Distribution Management System (DVDMS) and Equipment Maintenance and Management System (EMMS) was conducted on July 19 at the conference hall of chief medical officer (CMO) Longleng.
In a press release issued by district media officer, K Mongsen Phom, it informed that training was organised for pharmacists, medical officers and nurses of district hospital Longleng, CMO office, and all the health units under Longleng district.
Participants were trained on DVDMS and EMMS, a software platform with details of drugs and vaccine supply chain and management of various drugs and equipment distribution. The main purpose of the training was to provide seamless, accessible, and live reporting of drugs, vaccines, and other required items at the health centers, informed CMO Longleng.
