Dy. CM Y. Patton extended greetings to the Lotha community as they celebrate their premier festival Tokhü Emong, a post-harvest festival celebrated in feasting, merry making and fostering friendship. In his message, Patton stated that the season also calls for forgiveness and reconciliation which is the true essence of the festival. He also conveyed festive greetings on behalf of the BJP legislators, while hoping that it is celebrated in peace and harmony.
